Inspired Enterprise Solutions was founded in 2019 by Eng. Omar Mounir as a One-person Limited Liability company splitting off the customer-facing part of our import/ distribution company Global Communication & acting as a reseller/ partner specialized in the  audio video communication & conferencing equipment in Egypt.

But this is not where we originally started. Nearly 40 years ago in 1986, Global Communication was founded by my father Eng. Ahmed Kamal with a specific purpose: to supply wireless telecommunication equipment. From our earliest days as a trusted supplier, we have grown alongside our partners, adapting to new technologies, market shifts, and customer needs. 

Back in 1992, my father started a different chapter in our journey by becoming the 1st distributor specializing in supplying communication headsets for Plantronics in Egypt.  In 2010, as part of our ongoing effort to provide superior service & ensure future business continuity our company was converted to a private owned Joint Stock company (S.A.E.).

Since our establishment we have always aimed for excellence & reaching a win-win scenario with our customers, partners, & vendors. During the past decade, we have pursued a new direction of expanding our supply chain for each existing product category as well as expanding into new fields.

In 2019, we transformed again from just supplying communication headsets to supplying complete audio, video conferencing, and collaboration equipment. That same year, we established Inspired Enterprise Solutions to focus on our customer-facing business, while Global Communication remained dedicated to our core import and distribution business & focusing on our growing our reseller partner network.

In 2022 as part of our efforts to transform the business & better serve our customers we started expanding our portfolio to include software vendors such as ASC Technologies (call recording & omni-channel software), Odoo (modular business management software suite). In 2024, we added MyPRM (partner relationship management software), as well as offering Odoo implementation, Odoo hosting services, & a full range of business consulting services to utilize our business operational experience to assist our customers in growing their business & overcome any challenges or obstacles in their path.

Since then, we’ve met & overcome numerous challenges & have been steadily working to expand our product/ service portfolio and supplier network, offering our customers and partners giving access to more choices, innovation, and trusted brands. With nearly 40 years market experience we pride ourselves on our excellent reputation in the Egyptian market, which is a direct result of adhering to the highest standards of business ethics, continuously striving to achieve the highest levels of service to our customers and business partners, & always aiming to achieve Win - Win successful long term business relationships.

Since our establishment we have pursued a strategy of striving for excellence & reaching a win-win scenario with our customers, partners, & vendors. During the past decade, we have pursued a strategy of expanding our supply chain for each existing product category as well as expanding into related audio video, software, & service markets to better serve our customer requirements such as: business software solutions (Odoo Business software suite, Partner Relationship Management, Customer Engagement, Omni-channel contact centre CCaaS, Chatbot AI, Conversational analytics, Speech Analytics, Compliance & Quality Control Recording, Multi-Language Transcribing), & business services (Odoo business software implementation, business consulting, AV consulting & services, IT consulting & services)
