Refund/Return & Cancellation Policy
As per Egypt's Consumer Protection Law, the consumer has the right to replace or return for a full refund any product without reason within 14 days if it is defective or not conforming to the specifications or the purpose for which it was contracted.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must also present an invoice or proof-of-purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
